A copy of your response will be emailed to you once received. It is advisable to keep a copy of your submitted event email should it be required.

A reminder:
Valid events cannot be created one minute before driving the car out the gate.  You must register your event at least a few hours prior to the event.

• Valid events must involve an invitation to wider club members to be able to attend.

• Your impromptu event (run) must be submitted before you start. The time and date you log it is recorded. The Club will not be responsible if you do not list your impromptu event (run) correctly and are not responsible for any incidents that may occur.

• Any events submitted via this webform will be published onto the club members facebook group to facilitate the above requirement.
